No "bank-grade encryption" claims, no badges that don't mean anything — here's exactly what protects your Anchor Ledger account, in plain terms.
You submit your legal name, a government ID, and a selfie. An actual reviewer checks it before certain features unlock — this isn't an automated rubber stamp. Submitted documents are encrypted at rest and never stored in the clear.
Enable 2FA in Settings with any standard authenticator app — no proprietary app required. Once enabled, it's a required second step at login, not an optional extra that quietly does nothing.
We keep track of which devices have signed into your account before. A sign-in from a new device triggers an email alert to you, so a login you didn't make doesn't go unnoticed.
You submit a withdrawal request, it's reviewed, and the payout is sent as a real on-chain transaction, verified before your request is marked complete. The private key that could move funds out of the deposit vault intentionally never touches any server — there's no code path that could automate an outbound payout, because the one thing that could do it was never put somewhere automation could reach it.
Every signal, proposal, execution, and settlement tied to your account is logged, timestamped, and scoped to you specifically. Once you're signed in, your full history is available under Audit Log — nothing about what happened to your account is hidden from you.
Full detail on all of this, plus the on-chain permission model these controls sit alongside, is on our Security page.
